Earrings (if unworn and sealed in original packaging)
Items must meet our return conditions and fall within our accepted return window. Custom pieces or items marked as final sale are not eligible.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use or damage.
3. Non-Returnable or Exempt Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked as “final sale”
- Earrings that have been removed from sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item:

- We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.
Please do not return items without authorization, as they may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
- In cases of defective or incorrect items, GlxssJewel will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you received a GlxssJewel item as a gift:
- You may return it for store credit or an exchange.
